Registration process

1) Complete the registration form at the following link https://eventi.societachimica.it/app/events/cdcf50__5th_ecpc

2) Make the payment following the instructions on the link
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For those who will pay by bank transfer, we remind to include the following sentence in the payment reference: "Subscription CDCF50. Name and Surname".

The registration fees are reported below:

Standard registration (payment before 15^th of May):

  *Less than 35 years old at 29^th June 2025.

Late registration (payment after 15^th of May):

  *Less than 35 years old at 29^th June 2025.

The registration fee includes the conference registration kit, admission to all conference sessions and coffee breaks, and on-site lunches. The fee also includes the welcome cocktail (Sunday evening, Palazzo la Sapienza) and the social event (guided tour of Piazza dei Miracoli on Tuesday afternoon). Participation to the welcome cocktail and social event must be specified in the registration form.

The following events will also be available during the conference, for which an additional fee will be required:

• Social dinner (Wednesday 2^nd July, restaurant la Clessidra). Fee: 60€
• Cocktail for young participants (Monday 30^th June). Fee: 15€

Participation to these events can be selected during registration (possibly also for one accompanying person), and the corresponding fee will be added to the total payment. Seats are limited in number and will be reserved on a first come first served basis.

Fifteen (15) participation scholarships to wave the registration fee will be awarded by the Physical Chemistry Division of the Società Chimica Italiana to young Italian participants, according to the procedures described in the dedicated page.
