Abstracts must be saved as “Surname_Name_oral.docx” or “Surname_Name_poster.docx” in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) and uploaded using the submission form. To encourage broad participation, each author may submit up to two abstracts; in this case, the Word files must be numbered, for example in the case of multiple posters: “Surname_Name_poster1.docx”, “Surname_Name_poster2.docx”.
